- The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service links inside the app now open the versions on prohq.ai, so there's a single, always-current copy — no more slightly different pages to keep in step.
- Our website Privacy Policy now names the AI provider we use (OpenAI) and confirms your data is never used to train their generalised models.
- Added a full Google API Services and Limited Use section, explaining exactly what Google Calendar access ProHQ requests, that we only touch the calendar events needed to keep your meetings in sync, and that Google data is never used for advertising or to train AI models — in both English and Hindi.
