Prefill template forms and recipients
- Template forms can now be automatically prefilled when you apply a template: fields pull values from the current process or instance so you spend less time typing.
- When a template generates an email or document, any recipient placeholders are resolved automatically so the right people are added without manual lookups.
- Template file placeholders are resolved too, so attachments referenced by a template are included when the document or email is created.
- Generated documents and emails now store the form answers that were used to build them, so you can see exactly which values produced the final file or message.
See inherited follower & super tools in layout settings
- The tool layout editor now shows tools that are inherited from parent templates or global ("follower" / "super") configurations, so you can see which items come from elsewhere.
- Inherited tools remain visible but have restricted reordering: you can customise your local tools as before, while inherited follower/super tools stay grouped and cannot be moved freely among local items. This makes the layout clearer and helps avoid accidental changes to inherited tooling.
