Exatorial Software Private Limited (“ProHQ”) is committed to making prohq.ai and the ProHQ apps usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies.

1. Standards

We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort; some areas may not yet fully conform, and we improve continuously.

2. Accessibility features

• Adjustable text size — an in-app control lets you scale text across four levels (Small, Normal, Large, Extra Large), applied throughout the app.
• Dark, light, and system themes — the interface follows your device preference and can be set manually.
• Keyboard and pointer navigation — interactive elements are reachable and operable without relying on a single input method.
• Labelled controls — buttons, inputs, and icons carry accessible names for screen readers.
• Responsive layout — content reflows for different screen sizes, orientations, and zoom levels.
• Colour and contrast — we use a high-contrast palette and do not rely on colour alone to convey meaning.

3. Known limitations

Some rich, interactive surfaces — such as the process diagram canvas and certain data-grid interactions — are still being improved for full assistive-technology support. If you hit a barrier, please tell us and we will help and prioritise a fix.
