Smarter template prefill
- Template prefill now understands nested form fields and contact/party values. When you apply a template, the form will be filled more reliably for fields that live inside lists or nested objects.
- Party/contact fields are expanded intelligently: templates can pull a person's name, email, phone and separate address parts (street, city, state, postal code, country). Address fields are formatted for display, and address-type form elements receive the structured address when appropriate.
Website content editor (admin-only)
- A new Website section appears in Settings for workspace admins so you can edit your public marketing site from inside ProHQ.
- Edit pages such as Home, About, Contact, Courses, Toppers, Batches and the Footer using simple, non-technical forms and ordered lists; course and topper lists are edited as whole ordered tables.
- Navigation menu editor: build and reorder top-level links and dropdowns (including CTA buttons) with a dedicated visual editor.
- Image uploads go straight from the browser to the image service and the editor shows the designer’s required dimensions for each slot; you’ll get a warning if an uploaded image doesn’t match the recommended size.
- Save & publish updates the live site immediately (the editor pings the site to refresh), and a live preview pane shows the current page so you can check changes before or after publishing.
- The editor warns about unsaved changes and includes an easy discard button so you won’t lose work by switching pages.
