- Connect JustDial from the Integration Store and every enquiry lands in your CRM automatically — as a new lead in your sales process, deduplicated against existing contacts.
- A visual field-mapping editor lets you decide exactly which enquiry detail goes into which CRM field, including the contact itself and which field is used to detect duplicates.
- People and company pages now show an Inbound Requests section — the full enquiry history for that contact, also visible and readable on mobile.
- New enquiries automatically fill in the contact's address and other details.
