Clearer photo library and microphone messages on iPhone
- When the iPhone app asks to use your photo library, the prompt now explains exactly why — so you can pick an existing image or video to attach to a task or record, such as adding a photo of a delivered item or a scanned document to a process step. Photos are only accessed when you choose one.
- The microphone prompt is clearer too: it explains that access is used so you can record a voice note on a task or capture audio while filming a video — for example, dictating a quick site update instead of typing it. The microphone is only used while you are recording.
