Your Privacy Choices

This page describes the choices and rights you have over your personal information at ProHQ, operated by Exatorial Software Private Limited. It complements our Privacy Policy.

1. We do not sell or share your personal information

ProHQ does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We show no ads and use no advertising or ad-tracking SDKs. There is therefore nothing to opt out of for “sale” or “sharing” — but the rights below still apply.

2. Your rights

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — delete your account and associated personal data. See Account & Data Deletion.
• Objection / restriction — object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format where applicable.
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.

3. How to exercise your choices

Email faisal@prohq.ai from your registered address, telling us which right you want to exercise. We verify your identity before acting and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

4. Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authorisation and verification of your identity.

5. Organisation-managed data

If you use ProHQ through an employer or organisation, some content is controlled by that organisation as the data controller. For data held under their control, direct your request to your organisation; we will assist them as the data processor.
