Build a mini-form for stage gates
- The "write a note" stage gate now lets you ask for much more than a single line. Process authors can add a form with multiple fields — text, number, email, phone, web address, date, date & time, checkbox, dropdown, multi-select, address, colour and counter — and mark any of them as required.
- When someone moves stages, they fill in the form right there; their answers are saved to the stage history as a tidy summary. Text-only notes still work exactly as before.
A cleaner stage gate builder
- Rules now sit in collapsible cards, each showing a one-line summary of the tool and requirement, so a stage with several gates is much easier to scan and edit.
- You can still set a minimum number of rows for a table gate or a minimum number of uploaded files for a file gate.
Stage gates now speak Hindi
- The entire stage gate experience — builder, prompts and badges — is now fully translated, so it reads naturally when your workspace language is set to Hindi.
