Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your ProHQ account and the data associated with it. ProHQ is operated by Exatorial Software Private Limited at prohq.ai.

1. How to delete your account in the app

• Open the account menu from your avatar in the top-right corner.
• Select Account.
• Scroll to the Danger zone section.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. It signs you out and severs all of your login methods — passkeys, linked Google/Apple sign-ins, and active sessions — so the account can no longer be signed into.

2. What is deleted

• Your personal identity — name, email address, and phone number.
• Your authentication credentials — passkeys, linked sign-in accounts, and sessions.
• Your personal user preferences.

3. What is retained

Work that you created for your organisation — files, records, documents, process data, and similar content — remains with that organisation, as stated in the in-app confirmation dialog. This is because such content belongs to the organisation (your employer or the entity that provisioned your workspace), not to your personal account, and other members may depend on it. Organisation administrators control that data under their own agreement with ProHQ.

4. Retention period

Personal identity and authentication data are removed immediately on deletion. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation, within 30 days. Data we are required to keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons is retained only for as long as the law requires.

5. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account and data deletion by writing to faisal@prohq.ai from your registered email address. We will verify your identity and process the request.
