More useful automations for derived tables
- You can now create derived-table automations that trigger when a chosen column reaches a specific value.
- When setting up the automation, you can pick the column to watch and the value it must become.
- You can choose what gets moved:
- Move the stage in the project that owns the changed row, or
- Move stages in the projects currently showing the row.
- If the derived table is showing the same rows across projects and ProHQ cannot tell which project a change belongs to, the automation setup shows a helpful prompt to add the right project-linking filter.
Smoother template form prefill
- When ProHQ is filling in a template’s form fields (and optionally recipients) automatically, the form now shows loading placeholders while the prefill completes.
- The send and form-submit buttons are temporarily disabled until the prefill is ready, so you do not submit with half-filled values.
