Derived tables as top-level views
- You can surface a derived table as a top-level view on a process page so its results appear alongside other tools and are easier to find.
- Derived tables can be used as a source for generated documents: when a template pulls values from a derived table, its column variables are resolved dynamically so templates can use table columns reliably.
Smarter generated documents
- When configuring a generated document you can provide default values for its columns so missing values are filled when the document is created.
- Generated documents now record the variable and extra values that were used to build the file, so you can inspect exactly which values produced the final document.
Cleaner template & PDF flow
- The template generation flow now handles PDF/format choices up front, before showing the form, so the form and preview match your selection and you won’t see extra prompts after you submit.
- Filter state synchronisation has been improved so filters are preserved more predictably when switching between table views and the document builder.
