Install ready-made processes 🎉
- Browse a new Process Templates area in the Store — each template is its own tile with a detail page explaining how it works, its stages and highlights.
- Install a template into your workspace in a click, optionally pulling in sample data, built-in finance, and any linked sub-processes it depends on.
- The Store landing is tidier: templates now live in their own section, each shows its real icon on a clean tile, and built-in connections (Google Calendar, JustDial) honestly show "Open" instead of "Connected".
Linked records between processes
- A new process link field lets a record point directly at another process's record — shown as a clickable chip and filterable by name, instead of a copied-over text label.
- When you create a linked record (e.g. a Candidate from a Posting), the link is filled in automatically and child records inherit the parent's details.
- You can now set default values for a process's fields, so new records start pre-filled.
Smarter AI on records
- Upload a file (like a résumé) and let AI auto-fill record fields — including creating or matching the linked contact for you.
- AI now reads a record's own field values as context, so its output uses the real project or position details rather than guessing.
- Fixed AI actions on instance-attribute rows that previously failed with "Row not found".
A self-hosted "What's new"
- Release notes now live inside ProHQ with icons, titles and media per release, a compact expandable list, and infinite scroll — replacing the old third-party popover.
- Every header now shows an always-visible version badge, merged neatly into the "What's new" button.
Polish
- Dates and times now display consistently as DD/MM/YYYY with 12-hour AM/PM everywhere.
- Assignee fields show the actual member names instead of "N people".
- Cleaner cells: file and process-link values render inline without a boxed outline.
- Mobile: the Processes grid is pinned to the top of the home screen, capture buttons wrap neatly on narrow screens, and iPad is now supported.
