Require actions before moving between stages 🚦
- Process authors can now add stage gates — rules that must be met before an instance can enter or leave a stage. For example, require that a meeting has been booked, a row added to a table, a checklist fully ticked, a file uploaded, a document filled in, or a short note written.
- Set up gates per stage in the process builder: pick a tool on the stage, choose what's required, and decide whether an unmet rule should block the move, block it and open the right tool so it can be completed on the spot, or simply warn and let the move continue.
- When someone tries to move stages, they'll see exactly what's still outstanding. Block-and-open rules pop open the relevant drawer (such as booking a meeting) and the transition finishes automatically once everything's satisfied. Any note captured along the way is saved to the stage history.
Filter your calendar
- The calendar now has a Filters panel — narrow events by type, status, meeting format (virtual or in-person), guests, and a from/to date range. Active filters show as removable chips with a one-tap clear.
- Filtering works both on the full calendar page and inside a process's calendar tool, so you can quickly find the events that matter.
- The calendar page is also easier to use on smaller screens, with a tidier layout for the day and month views.
Tidier column groups in tables
- Reorder columns within a group by simply dragging them, instead of nudging one step at a time.
- New header visibility toggles let you hide the group name and/or the individual column names for a cleaner, more compact header.
