- Google Calendar sync. Connect your Google Calendar — per user or for the whole organization — and ProHQ meetings appear there with a Google Meet link attached. RSVPs and reschedules made in Google flow back into ProHQ.
- Invite anyone. Add clients and contacts from your CRM as meeting guests, not just teammates. Meeting titles and guests auto-fill from the CRM row you schedule from.
- Automatic invites & reminders go out by WhatsApp and email — including a 9 AM day-of reminder — with the organizer's contact details and join link included.
- Meeting confirmation with Happy Code. When a meeting is done, the client receives a code and a public feedback portal link; their rating and note show up right on the meeting. Confirmation works even when you're offline.
- Faster follow-ups. Schedule a follow-up straight from a meeting's actions, take rich notes in a full editor, and see each meeting's full activity history.
- Scheduling polish: smarter time picker, auto +30-minute end time, online vs in-person location with search, and optional Recall.ai recording per meeting.

- New-enquiry alerts: choose who on the team gets notified (WhatsApp + email) when a JustDial lead arrives, with phone and email shown separately.
- A "What's new" widget in the app shows you the latest ProHQ updates.
