Dashboards & Charts 📊
A complete reporting engine, built in:
- Build dashboards from your data. Create charts and reports from any table or process — bar, line, funnel, and more — with multi-level grouping, custom-formula measures, and per-measure number formatting.
- AI dashboard builder. Describe the dashboard you want and AI assembles it; you can also AI-edit individual widgets or ask for new ones.
- Drill down. Click any chart segment to see the underlying records.
- Combine sources. A single widget can pull from multiple tables or processes, with cross-source field mapping.
- Filter everything. Dashboard-level dynamic filters plus interactive per-widget filters. Filters also gained negation operators everywhere ("not equals", "is not one of", "does not contain").
- Pin to Home. Pin your favorite widgets to an editable home overview; dashboards get custom icons and their own sidebar group.
- Embed in processes. Dashboards can live inside a process instance, scoped to its data.
- The org home was redesigned: the top page is now called Home, with a persistent Tools rail and quick-access dashboard strip. Charts and navigation lists are cached for instant loading.
Document Templates & Generation 📄
- Design PDF templates with a visual block builder — layout, styling, and variables pulled straight from your process data.
- Calculated variables — formulas evaluated at generation time (totals, taxes, derived values).
- Generate versioned documents from a template and download any past version from the generation history.
- A matching email builder sends templated emails from your processes.
Stage Automation ⚙️
- Processes can now move themselves: automation rules advance a process to the next stage when a table row is added or a subprocess completes. Rules can be edited and toggled at any time.
