Zoho's Blueprint is the closest any of these tools comes to a process state-machine, but it governs a single sales or record lifecycle, not the full sweep from lead to delivery to field to finance. Core CRM is online-first, with offline pushed into a separate FSM product. And it is self-serve — you build and wire the 40-app suite yourself.
