Pipedrive is deliberately just a sales pipeline — that focus is its strength and its ceiling. It has no offline mode, no delivery or finance, and no process beyond deal stages, so the moment a deal closes the work leaves the tool. For an Indian field business there is no INR billing and no Hindi.
