HubSpot is loved for getting a marketing-and-sales team running fast for free, but it stays inside the funnel — once a deal closes, the actual delivery, field work and money flow live in other systems. It has no offline-first mode and no process state-machine beyond pipelines. As contacts and seats grow, the USD bill climbs sharply.
