Darwinbox is the strong India-built enterprise HCM, with native compliance and genuine mobile field tools — depth ProHQ doesn't claim. But it's still an HR suite, configured by consultants over months, not a process engine you stand up to mirror how the whole operation runs, and it's cloud-with-mobile rather than offline-first.
