The largest release so far. v2.4 changes how process work is published, how it is handed between people, and how you find out that something needs you.
Processes now have drafts and versions, so a change can be written, reviewed and published deliberately instead of edited live. Stages can carry an owner and a turnaround target, which means ProHQ can finally answer "how long does this actually take, and who is it waiting on?" — and say something before a target is missed rather than after. Assignments became a place work is tracked rather than a label. A notification centre gathers what happened while you were away, kept deliberately separate from what is waiting on you. The calendar learned to record interactions that already happened, not just meetings still to come. And the CRM gained conversion reporting, richer contact filters, and a day view built for someone working a call list.
